Seattle Connection Issues (Resolved)

  • A limited number of users are currently experiencing issues when connecting to servers at our Seattle location.  This issue currently appears isolated to AT&T users in California.

    The cause of this issue is known but not with one of our direct providers.  We're working with our upstream providers to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Server Migration (Resolved)

  • Services on the Reliant server will be migrated to a new datacenter on Sunday 9/25 starting at 07:00 UTC.  Actual downtime should only last for several minutes, however active users may need to flush their DNS cache if they are having issues reconnecting.

    In the next several weeks we will be migrating these servers to a new datacenter, as our current provider is not able to assure us the level of reliability that we demand for our customers.

Mumble restart for m50.orgpack.com (Resolved)

  • Affecting Server - M50
  • There will be a brief restart of the Mumble service on m50.orgpack.com in order to upgrade the SSL certificate.  The restart will result in a disconnect however you should be able to reconnect to your server immediately.  Downtime will last less than 1 second.

    After this update users should no longer be required to accept the certificate upon the first connection to a new server.  This only effects our New York location.
